BIOGRAPHY

Dylan Ng has been part of the 49ers STEM Leadership Institute since 7th grade. Throughout his six years with the program, he worked to develop his practical and soft skills.
Filing provisional patent US63/481,348, Dylan independently designed, manufactured, and tested an attachment aiding the reattachment of skis. He also worked with peers partaking in competitions like Project Invent and First Tech Challenge to further develop his skills.

Dylan also focused on giving back to his community accumulating over 500 hours of service. He volunteered at his local library, Stanford Medicine’s Farm to Table Summer Camp, and at Juan Cabrillo Middle School teaching the younger generation about all things STEM. In addition, over the course of his junior and senior years, he founded and ran the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Club, opening the door of engineering to many of his peers.
In his years at Santa Clara High School, he was a varsity athlete on the Badminton team for 4 consecutive years. After winning the Most Improved Player and the Most Versatile Player Awards in his first two years, he spent his years as an upperclassman becoming team captain and dedicating himself to improving the team and its players.
