Sarah Strunk Andazola has been a dedicated member of the 49ers STEM Leadership Institute for the past four years, Her time here has shaped her into a passionate and driven individual.

As a legacy member of SLI’s Circle of Friends, Sarah is deeply committed to expanding STEM education into special education classrooms. She takes pride in teaching, mentoring, and passing the torch to future members, ensuring the program continues to grow and thrive. Her dedication to education is matched by her focus on biology and environmental science, where she channels her passion into the aspirations of preserving, protecting, and restoring the natural world.

Beyond SLI, Sarah’s love for music is a defining part of her life. A violinist for over a decade, her journey began with a love of music and has evolved into performing and teaching others to play. She finds joy in sharing her skills and fostering a love of music in others.

Sarah’s interests extend to storytelling and adventure as a founding member of the SCHS Dungeons and Dragons Club. She thrives in the collaborative storytelling of the game, bringing creativity and enthusiasm as her and her friends tackle the challenges the DM crafts in their campaigns.
