Sam has been part of the 49ers STEM Leadership Institute since 7th Grade. These past 6 years in the program have allowed him to explore different fields and careers, shaping what he loves to do today. After active participation in competitions like Project Invent, Sam plans to pursue a career in Information Systems and Business Analytics.

Outside of the STEM program, Sam has been playing guitar for the last 8 years and loves music. He often spends his time playing songs on the weekends with his friends, jamming late into the week nights, or volunteering as a guitar teacher to the underprivileged in his community. 
 
Aspiring to make a big impact on his community, Sam hopes to use his career to make underprivileged students have an easier access to musical education.
