BIOGRAPHY

Ananth has been part of the 49ers STEM Leadership Institute since 7th grade, developing a passion for computer science and engineering. Competing at Synopsys Science Fair for 4 years, Ananth created projects like a smart medicine cabinet and an ASL translator, most significantly placing Top 300 in Broadcom Masters. He enjoys robotics, spending 3 years on the software team for Deja Vu #13216, winning awards like Inspire and competing at regionals. His drive for impact is displayed through his Pay It Forward project, where he and his team created Pear Volunteering, a website connecting students to school volunteering opportunities. Ananth also volunteers for the STEM Leadership Committee, mentoring younger SLI students.
In his free time, Ananth appreciates sports and music. He has played soccer since age five, competing in the National Premier League for Sunnyvale Alliance and on the school team all four years. He also referees soccer games part-time. Ananth has taken private piano lessons since age five, most notably performing at Carnegie Hall. He earned the Level 10 Certificate of Merit with State Honors, the highest-level performance and theory exam for piano in California. Ananth is always eager to learn and excited about opportunities ahead.
