BIOGRAPHY
Yul has focused his high school career mostly on computational mathematics, participating in national math competitions such as AMC 10/12, AIME (American Invitational Mathematics Examination), and the MathCON finalist contest. His exceptional performance and dedication led him to become one of the first three students at Santa Clara High School to qualify for the AIME, marking a significant milestone in the school's math competition history. Driven by his passion for math and a desire to foster a thriving math community, Yul spearheaded several initiatives to promote competitive math in the Santa Clara community. He organized tutoring groups, workshops, and school clubs to prepare students for various math competitions, sharing his expertise and strategies to help others succeed. In the future, he hopes to study Electrical Engineering and Quantitative Finance, applying his analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ultimate goal of applying his knowledge to innovate and improve technology.
